The apartment has a reasonably sized front grass yard with pool fencing perimeter and gate. The outdoor courtyard overlooks the yard area. The apartment is close to very good walking trails which lead down to Little Beach or Shoal Bay Beach. Just great for walking the dog.
Guests may with the approval of the Manager bring a small to medium sized dog to such apartment but upon terms and conditions required by the Manager. Any pet must not be taken into the other common areas or the pool area.
